Tickets are available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity). Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

To ensure entry, especially on weekends, we highly recommend booking your tickets online in advance.

Visitors can park in designated spots labeled ‘Museum Visitors’ located right in front of the museum. Additionally, there are plenty of paid street parking options and parking lots available in the surrounding area.

The Dart station closest to our location is West End Station. MOI Dallas is a 3 mins walk from the station. The bus station closest to our location is at the intersection of Ross Ave and Olive St, which is just a short walk from the museum

The experience should typically last around 45 minutes.

Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are a few rooms with slanted floors that are not as accessible but those can be bypassed on your visit.

No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!

No. Pets are not permitted inside Museum of Illusions Dallas.
In accordance with ADA guidelines, only trained service animals are allowed inside the museum. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If entry is denied due to a non-service animal, refunds will not be issued. At management’s discretion, a store credit or rescheduling option may be offered as a courtesy.
